This page includes info regarding my 1961 Williams Reserve single Player EM Wedgehead Pinball game. I paid 100 bucks for the game and I even played it with a slight problem. The guy that sold it to me had blue painter's tape over the gobble hole since the scorewheels would take off and wouldn't stop scoring when a ball went into the gobble hole. The guy thought it was worth over a grand but I told him all I'd give him was 100 bucks. The low offer on my part was because it needed some touchups, lots of cleaning and the backglass had tons of flaking on it. He regretfully said OK and when we started loading it up I asked where the lockbar was. He announced it never had one. Being an old 1961 game, I was concerned I wouldn't find a lockbar. As it turns out I was able to get one that was recently rechromed on the end caps and after shipping I had 90 bucks in that deal. Just glad I found one. I don't know if I'll ever find a backglass for it, nor do I know whether the game is fun or not, but it's another old game that's being saved by someone that cares (that would be me).

There were 750 of these games made and it was released in October of 1961. Steve Kordek was the designer and it has beautiful artwork designed by Gordon Molentin. It also has 3 kickout holes and a gobble hole. I guess you'd call it a scuba themed game.
